What We Do

Connecting the Bihari Diaspora:

  • Establish a platform to connect Bihari diaspora spread across the country and the globe.
  • Persuade them to contribute to Bihar’s development in whatever capacity they can, including investments, expertise, and mentorship.

Engaging Bihari Technocrats:

  • Reach out to successful Bihari technocrats who have excelled outside the state.
  • Encourage them to invest in Bihar and share their expertise to drive technological and industrial growth.

Revitalizing Traditional Business Communities:

  • Persuade the traditional Bihari business communities, including Baniya, Marwari, and Jain communities, to invest in Bihar.
  • Position them as key drivers of Bihar’s economic resurgence and growth engine.

Fostering a Sense of Belonging:

  • Cultivate a strong sense of belonging and unity among Biharis.
  • Work towards forming a cohesive political bloc at the national level to amplify their collective voice and influence.

Promoting Awareness for Long-Term Interests:

  • Educate and persuade Biharis to prioritize long-term interests over short-term gains.
  • Encourage casting votes based on policies and development priorities rather than short-lived sentiments or caste-based dynamics.

Conducting Research:

  • Undertake research on issues critical to Bihar’s development, such as industrialization, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and migration.
  • Provide actionable insights to policymakers and stakeholders.

Acting as a Pressure Group:

  • Serve as a pressure group to influence policy decisions at the state and national levels in alignment with Bihar’s interests.
  • Advocate for equitable resource allocation, infrastructure development, and policies that address historical disadvantages faced by Bihar.

Promoting Bihari Culture:

  • Celebrate and promote Bihar’s rich cultural heritage, including art, literature, music, dance, and festivals, through various events and platforms.
  • Encourage global appreciation of Bihari culture by organizing cultural exchange programs, exhibitions, and performances.
  • Support local artists and artisans in preserving and showcasing their crafts to a wider audience.
